Summit and Peak Church Registration and Payment Policy
DEPOSITS
- A $50 per person deposit is required to register your group.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Payment must be made by credit card or electronic check.
- Once your deposit is processed, a unique church code will be emailed to you for camper registration.
CAMPER PAYMENTS
- Each group is responsible for tracking and managing individual camper payments.
- This allows you the flexibility to offer scholarships and organize fundraising efforts.
- Individual payments will not be processed through the Campwise portal.
FINAL PAYMENTS
- Final payments are due at check-in on your first day of camp.
- You may bring a check with you or mail it in advance.
- Paying by check helps avoid unnecessary bank fees.

REGISTRATION & FORMS
- The Campwise portal will close 2 weeks prior to the start of Summit Youth Camps and 3 weeks prior to the start of Peak Kids Camps.
- All adult and student campers must complete their registration and upload all required forms before the portal closes.
- This ensures we can finalize dorm assignments, provide medication information to the nurse, notify food service of any dietary needs, and give an accurate headcount to our recreation team.
RATIOS
- Groups must maintain the required student-to-adult ratios.
- Peak Kids Camp requires an 8:1 ratio.
- Summit Youth Camp requires a 10:1 ratio.
- Chaperones are required to stay in the dorms with their students.
BACKGROUND CHECKS
- All adult chaperones must upload their background checks to the Campwise portal.
- Background checks should be completed through your church or place of employment.

- We are committed to working with your church and are happy to help navigate any special or unforeseen circumstances related to these policies.
